Konstantinos B. Kollias
President of the Economic Chamber of Greece
Konstantinos Kollias was born in Larissa in 1976. He studied Economics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus and a PhD on the same subject from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
He has served as Special Secretary for Privatizations at the Ministry of Finance, Director General at the Educational Center for Public Servants of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Alternate Governor of the Board of Governors of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB), representing the Hellenic Republic, Vice-President of the Board of the Gas Supply Company Attica S.A, member of the Board of Directors of the Athens Urban Transport Organization, financial advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and visiting professor at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Currently, he is a visiting professor at the Democritus University of Thrace, Department of Economics, member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Athens International Airport, Partner at Diadikasia Business Consulting S.A. and Financial Advisor – Business Development Consultant at KLC Law Firm.
In February 2014 he was elected President of the Economic Chamber of Greece and in February 2017 he was reelected. In January 2020 he renewed his term as President of the Economic Chamber of Greece for another four years.
