More than two decades of experience within the real estate industry, having held positions within Xenium Hospitality Advisors, Orilina REIC, Alvarez & Marsal, Grivalia REIC, Eurobank S.A., Bear Stearns and Credit Suisse.
His professional background consists of commercial real estate and hospitality sectors, engaged in structured finance, non-performing loan (“NPL”) restructuring, origination and advisory roles.
Konstantinos has a broad knowledge of the Greek, Cypriot and South East Europe real estate markets along with transaction expertise in the UK and the US markets.
He holds a BBA in Marketing and Finance from Baruch College, New York, an MSc in International Real Estate Investments & Finance from New York University (NYU) and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, MRICS.
