Kostas is a founding member of Inventio where he has been working since 2018. He holds a fifteen-year career in investment analysis, asset management, sales, appraisal and market research. Previously, he held a position at Algean Property, a full-service property company, providing property search, acquisition assistance, operating assistance, investment analysis, valuation services and real estate research (2013-2017). He has also served as Head of operations, investment analyst and Head of research department at SECURE Investments Group, a private company with more than €250m assets under management in South-Eastern Europe (2010-2013). He has also worked as property valuer at Danos International Property Consultants & Valuers (2008-2010). Kostas holds an MSc in Real Estate (2009) and a BSc in Business Economics & Finance (2006) from Athens University of Economics and Business.
