Lorenzo Casale
Head of Market Italy, Georgeson
Lorenzo joined Georgeson in 2009, acquiring strong knowledge of financial communication and providing Investor Relations advisory to listed companies, investors, financial and legal advisors.
Until 2015 he led the Georgeson ID & Intelligence Department for years, focusing on shareholder and bondholder identification activities and intelligence services.
He then acted as Senior Account Manager for the Italian and Greek market, coordinating all the Operations on those Markets and providing Clients with analysis on the decision-making and operational processes of institutional investors, in relation to any Corporate Action (Shareholder Meetings, Activism Campains, PTOs, IPOs).
Starting from September 2020 he assumed the role of Head of Market.
Lorenzo holds a degree in Law from “Roma Tre University”.
