She advises Financial Institutions, Investment Funds and Corporate Clients on Sponsors’ Project Risk Management, Lenders’ Insurance Advisory Services, and M&A transactions across construction, real estate, energy, telecommunications, media, technology, and infrastructure sectors in Greece and Cyprus. Maro has acted as Advisor on more than 200 transactions and began her career in project risk management at a global engineering and technology powerhouse headquartered in Munich, Germany, building a strong foundation in transactional risk assessment and mitigation.
