Nicolas Kanellopoulos

Mr. Nicolas Kanellopoulos is an Attorney at law (Supreme Court) and Accredited Mediator. He is the founder and Managing Partner of the Law Firm “Nicolas Kanellopoulos – Chara Zerva and Associates” (NKLAW FIRM).
He is the Secretary General of the ADR Promotion Organisation (OPEMED).
He is the President of the “Institute for Justice and Growth” and the Executive Director of the “Institute for Privacy Law, Data Protection and Technology” (IPL), both established within the International Organization “European Public Law Organization” (EPLO).
He is a Member of the Panel of Arbitrators of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) of the World Bank Organization, designated by the Government of the Hellenic Republic and Accredited Arbitrator – Mediator, member of the ADR & Arbitration Institute of the Athens Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He is President of the Audit Committee of the Chamber of Greek-Chinese Economic Cooperation.
Nicolas Kanellopoulos has served as the Secretary General of the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights, (July 2011 – February 2015) and as President of the Greek National Tourism Organization (G.N.T.O.) (December 2009 – July 2011). He is a member of the Athens Bar Association and the Law Firm participates in the International Legal Network “International Jurists”.
