Nikolaos Vayiannis

Nikolaos Vayiannis is the Managing Director of ECONOMIA NET, with over 25 years of experience in Credit Insurance and Corporate Risk Management, both in the Greek and international insurance markets.
He holds a degree in Statistics & Insurance Science from the University of Piraeus and a Master’s Degree in Financial Strategy from Henley Management College (UK). He is a member of HIBA, HA.RI.MA, the Athens Chamber of Tradesmen (EEA), and the Economic Chamber of Greece (OEE).
Throughout his career, he has served as Commercial Director in leading credit insurance institutions such as Gerling (now Atradius), Euler Hermes (now Allianz Trade), and Coface, where he contributed significantly to their market presence and development in Greece.
In 2021, he founded ECONOMIA NET, an insurance brokerage firm offering tailored European solutions in credit insurance and risk advisory. He is also actively involved in ESG business evaluation and serves on the Board of Directors of HIBA, contributing to the strategic advancement of the insurance brokerage sector in Greece.
