Nikolaos Zompakis

Nikolaos Zompakis is an Electrical and Computer Engineer. In 2014, he completed his PhD in Microelectronics at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).
For over 18 years, he has been actively engaged in research on integrated circuit (IC) design, participating in numerous European and national R&D projects. He holds active patents in the field of digital design, with a focus on circuit timing and improving energy efficiency.
He has worked for 14 years as an Associate Researcher at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of NTUA, and for 3 years as a Lecturer at Harokopio University, in the Department of Informatics and Telematics.
In recent years, he has been leading the activities of TrimSignal, focusing on strategy, technological development, and business planning. At the same time, he serves as a Project Manager in Horizon Europe projects, primarily focused on 5G and 6G networks.
