Nikos Foros is an HR and Marketing professional. With a background in Business Administration, Nikos developed a passion for people development early on, volunteering as a trainer with AIESEC Greece and ethelon during his younger years at the University of the Aegean.
He served as a Career Counselor at Orientum, Greece’s leading career guidance firm, and worked as a Learning & Development Trainer at Vodafone Greece, where he trained over 2,000 frontline employees. At kariera.gr, he began by leveraging his organizational skills as a Senior Events Coordinator and as a Project Manager for Coca-Cola HBC Greece’s CSR initiative, “Empowered.”
Since the launch of Employer Branding Solutions in 2021, Nikos has pioneered in data and strategy analysis, consulting and collaborating with top companies in Greece. Today, as Talent Intelligence Manager, he uses his expertise to create valuable content for both employers and candidates.
