Nikos Sofronas

Mr Nikos Sofronas, Business Economist and Managing Director, Insurance Institute of Greece, Greek Institute for Insurance Education, has completed his undergraduate and postgraduate course of academic study in Economics and Management, at NORΤHEASΤERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY, ROOSEVELT UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO and MISSISSIPPI State University, U.S.A.
Mr Sofronas is pursuing a business career, mainly in the insurance industry of Greece, and an academic career, as a lecturer of Economics and Business, in post-secondary institutions of Greece and abroad. In specific, first as a Business Analyst of Coca-Cola (3E) Group, then as a Marketing Manager and Alternative Distribution and Educational Development Manager of INTERAMERICAN Group, while, since 2017, is heading the Insurance Institute of Greece, Greek Institute for Insurance Education.
Mr Sofronas is an International Advisory Board Member of IEDC Bled School of Management, Slovenia, while has served as a Board Member of the Insurance Institute of Greece, Greek Institute for Insurance Education, and LIMRA Europe Committee Member.
