Panagiotis Karpathios
Chief Executive Officer of KARPATHIOS Development
Panagiotis Karpathios is Chief Executive Officer of KARPATHIOS Development. With more than 20 years of experience in construction, he has led complex, large-scale logistics developments, including LEED-certified facilities designed for demanding supply and distribution operations.
He is now guiding the company’s expansion into commercial real estate and hospitality, building on its logistics expertise. His work connects technical design with occupier needs and the investment case for each asset. Working with occupiers, investors and technical teams, he focuses on the decisions made before construction that determine how a property will function after handover. He considers project selection, design, cost, risk and long-term operation as parts of the same decision. His logistics experience has shaped this perspective: the value of a building is visible in the efficiency of the operation it supports.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in Structural Design from London South Bank University.
