Pantelis Gassios was born in Athens in 1968
He studied Management & Business Administration at the University of Piraeus
He entered the Greek National School of Public Administration in 1994, graduating from the Economic & Commercial Counsellors’ Department in 1996
In fall 1996 he joined the Greek Economic & Commercial Service
He holds an MBA degree from Johns Hopkins University (2002), specializing in International Marketing
He served in the Economic & Commercial Offices of the Greek Embassies in Washington DC (1997-2002), Jeddah (Consulate General, 2002-2005), Bucharest (2005-2008), Brussels (2011-2016), Cairo (2016-2020), Abu Dhabi (2021-2022) and Madrid (2022-present)
