
Peter Economides,
Peter Economides was born in South Africa.
He started his career with global advertising agency, McCann-Erickson Worldwide in Johannesburg. This was the beginning of a path that took him to Hong Kong, Greece, Mexico and New York where he held the position of Executive Vice President/Worldwide Director of Client Services.
He left McCann to join TBWA\Worldwide as Head of Global Clients. Here, he worked on the “Think different” campaign which took Apple from the verge of bankruptcy to the leading global position it holds today.
In 2003 Peter established Felix BNI, a global brand strategy consultancy based in Athens. Great brands are built on human connection based on deep human insight and empathy.
This is true across all categories. But it’s especially true in tourism which is all about the human experience. Brand is built at every touch point. Full alignment across the entire destination community is crucial in building a powerful brand.
