Dr. Theodoros A. Stavrinoudis (Ph.D.) is a Professor specializing in Tourism Management and Human Resources Management at the University of the Aegean, affiliated with both the Department of Tourism Economics and Management and the Postgraduate Program in Strategic Management of Tourism Destinations and Hospitality Enterprises. He also teaches in other postgraduate tourism programs and has delivered numerous public lectures. He currently directs the Postgraduate Program in Strategic Management of Tourism Destinations and Hospitality Enterprises and leads the Laboratory of Innovative Tourism Entrepreneurship and Human Resources Development (iTED Lab).
Professor Stavrinoudis is the co-author of three books and has contributed to eighteen collective volumes. His research has been published in reputable international journals and presented at numerous international scientific conferences. He is an active reviewer for several academic journals and conferences and is a member of various scientific committees at the international level. His academic work is supported by a robust research portfolio.
His primary research interests include: Tourism Management, Management of Tourism Enterprises, Human Resources Management, and Strategic Management of Tourism Enterprises.
