I am from Poland but for the last 18 years I have lived and worked in Ireland. My coffee journey started in 2011, when I started working as a barista in a coffee shop. So much has changed since then as I fell in love with coffee! I realized that this is not just a job when I participated for the first time in a coffee competition (2013). Currently I am working for the Irish roasting company McCabe’s Coffee as Senior Business Development Manager. I am also an Authorized Specialty Coffee trainer (AST) in the Barista and Sensory Skills module.
I am a World Coffee Events (WCE) certified judge in 5 categories: visual in Latte Art and sensory in Brewers, Barista, Coffee in Good Spirits and Roasting. That allows me to travel around the world to judge all coffee competitions at National / World level. I love meeting amazing coffee people who are adding so much value to my life.
