Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Cooperative Bank of Karditsa
Sakis Theologis is an economist with extensive experience in the banking sector, specializing in Risk Management. He has been with Cooperative Bank of Karditsa since 2012, initially working in the Finance Department and, since 2017, serving as Head of the Risk Management Unit (CRO). In this role, he has led and coordinated key risk management projects, including ICAAP and ILAAP, Stress Testing, NPE Strategy and the Risk Appetite Framework. He holds a degree in International Economic Relations and Development from Democritus University of Thrace and a master’s degree in European Studies, with a focus on Economics. He has also completed a number of specialized training programs in banking and finance.
