Thanos Papadimitriou
Director of Life & Health Strategic Projects, ERGO
Thanos Papadimitriou is the Head of the Life & Health Strategic Projects at ERGO. He is a graduate of the Department of Economic Sciences of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, while he holds a master’s degree in Marketing from Salford University and a PhD in Operational Research and Marketing from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
He started his career in the insurance market in 2005, specifically at Ethinki Insurance Company, where he worked for 13 years as a Project Manager. He has been also the Head of Organization and Project Management Department. Subsequently, he worked for about 3 years as a Principal in the Risk Advisory Department of Deloitte, responsible for the Insurance Sector. In April 2021, he took over the position of the Director of Life & Health Strategic Projects at ERGO.
He is also a visiting professor at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, while he has a series of publications in international journals on Business Administration and Marketing issues.
