Yanna Palioura
Business Partnering & People Services Director, Alpha Bank
Yanna Palioura has spent her entire career of 30 years in banking, of which around 23 in Human Resources, holding various managerial positions in the last 20 years. She has extensive experience in all HR thematic areas, from employee recruitment and training, to rewards, compensation, and benefits issues, and from employee development to labor relations. She has assumed the position of HRBP & International Support – Chief of Staff in 2024 and more recently has been appointed as Business Partnering and People Services Director. She started her studies at the Technical University of Crete graduating as an engineer and continued with postgraduate studies in London (MBA) from the University of Westminster.
