Yannis Paraskevopoulos

Yannis Paraskevopoulos was born in 1964 in Thessaloniki, Greece and he is married with 2 children.
He studied at the Ludwig Maximilians Universitaet Muenchen in Germany and got a Diplom in Betriebwirtschaft (Business Administration).
He is a fluent speaker of the Greek, German and English languages.
He has a long experience as a real estate consultant (valuations, studies, property & market research, investment analysis, transactions advice etc.).
Mr. Paraskevopoulos has written many articles in the financial press regarding the Greek Real Estate Market. He also participates in several real estate conferences in Greece and abroad as a speaker and head of panels.
He has been in charge of several projects assigned by clients such as HRADF, Bain Capital, Fortress, Hines, Prodea Investments, Trastor, Noval. Folli Follie, Grupo Dolphin, Helleniq Energy, Dimand, Lamda Development, Dimera, Zeus International etc.
His current position from 2002 is General Manager and shareholder of Danos Greece, an alliance member of BNP PARIBAS Real Estate.
He is a member of RICS (MRICS) and ELIE.
