Yiannis Paraschis
President SETE
Yiannis Paraschis is the CEO of AIA since 2007 and the President of SETE since June 2023. He joined AIA following an international career in academia and management consulting with A.T. Kearney and Deloitte. He serves on several boards and councils of companies, academic institutions and trade associations in Greece and abroad, including: the World Governing Board of Airports Council International (ACI), (Chairman, 2011-2013), ACI EUROPE, (Chairman, 2007 – 2009), the Executive Committee of the BoD of the Foundation for Economic & Industrial Research (IOBE) and his Chairman of the Greek Council of the Sustainable Markets Initiative (Terra Carta). Αfter 20 years of personal contribution to the international aviation industry, Mr. Paraschis was honored in October 2015 with the first “CAPA Airport Chief Executive of the Year” Award. He holds a Master’s in Industrial Engineering and a PhD in Operations Research from the University of Hamburg.
