Since 2013, Mr Ioannis Selimis focused on supporting the implementation of the National Strategic Plan against Corruption and on the establishment of Internal Audit Units in Public Administration and Local Government. In this context, Mr Ioannis Selimis cooperated with international organizations and bodies of the French Government, under the technical assistance provided to Greece.
In 2018, Mr Ioannis Selimis attended a special educational course with practical apprenticeship on Crisis Management and Communication of the National School of Administration (E.N.A.) in Paris, France.
He is a PhD candidate at the Department of Public Administration of Panteion University in the field of internal audit.
