Zetta Kotrotsou is the Human Resources Director of Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies in Greece and the Vice President of J&J TEA.
She started her career in multinational companies of the Pharmaceutical sector. In 2007, she moved to J&J as HR Director for the Medical sector in Greece and then took on HR Cluster and EMEA roles in both MedTech and Consumer sectors of J&J. Furthermore, she was part of the J&J workstream responsible for the design of the TEA in Greece and played an instrumental role in its implementation, back in 2010.
She holds a BSc from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and a MSc in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, from Keele University in the UK.
