Natassa Paschali is Group CHRO at Eurobank, with a dynamic presence in 6 countries and human resources over 11.900 employees.
Responsible for the design and implementation of the strategy and policies for human resources in Greece and abroad, as well as the development & management of initiatives that support the organizational, digital and business transformation of the Group.
Natassa has worked for Citibank in Greece for 11 years. In 2008 she joins Eurobank as an HR Business Partner, and Head of HR Eurobank Private Bank Luxembourg. On June 2018, she was appointed Head of Group Human Resources General Division.
Natassa’s functional focus has spanned over Resourcing, Learning, Communications, Talent Assessment & Development, Performance Management, Leadership and Employee Relations. She has extensively dealt with digital and business reorganisations.
She holds an MSc in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from the London School of Economics.
