
The Greek Space Tech Forum 2026 comes during a landmark year as our country celebrates 20 years of participation in the European Space Agency (ESA) and completes the National Microsatellite Programme, funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). It also arrives shortly after the doubling of the national contribution to ESA programs, which paves the way for more and larger European space projects in our country.
Drawing lessons from the past and looking steadily towards the future, the Greek Space Tech Forum brings together public administration executives and the growing Greek business ecosystem in the space market, aiming to analyze the opportunities and challenges for the further development of the Greek presence. At the same time, it serves as a step towards strengthening collaborations and networking the Greek space ecosystem with critical sectors of the Greek economy, as well as with the international community within the EU and the wider region of the Southeastern Mediterranean and the Middle East.
In a constantly changing international environment dominated by geopolitical tensions, space technologies have moved to the center of the EU’s defense, deterrence, and strategic autonomy. Government and armed forces officials, representatives of organizations, and market members will examine how space solutions (defense or dual-use) can ensure independent access to space as well as reliable, sovereign solutions for Greece and the EU.
The Greek Space Tech Forum 2026 is evolving into a comprehensive institution that combines both a conference and a space technology exhibition. Within the framework of the two-day conference, there will be presentations by startups, an exhibition of technological solutions, as well as sponsor satellite events, offering a unique experience for participants. The first day of the conference will conclude with the celebration of the 5th anniversary of the European Space Agency’s business incubator (ESA BIC Greece), which provides support and initial funding to Greek startups in the field of space technology.
The Greek Space Tech Forum will take place on Tuesday, April 21, and Wednesday, April 22, 2026, by ethosEVENTS, with the co-organization of the Hellenic Association of Space Industry (HASI) and the Hellenic Space Technologies and Applications Cluster (si-Cluster) of Corallia.
