Christina Koliatsi
Chief Legal Counsel, Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations (HCAP)
Graduate of Athens Law School (2000) and holder of Masters Degree in Banking and Finance Law at King’s College, university of London. She has co-operated with large law firms with expertise in Corporate and Energy Law as Partner. She also worked as Senior Manager for EY leading the corporate law team and responsible for takeovers, merges & acquisitions and corporate restructurings. She was Head of Legal for an energy company with international presence before joining the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations (HCAP) as Chief Legal Counsel and member of the Corporate Governance task Force. She has published studies and articles in law journals and is currently studying at the Athens university, Master’s in Strategic Management and Competiveness.
