Costas Tsalikis

Costas Tsalikis is the HR Head of Citi Greece and the Regional HR Professional Services Head at Citi Western Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has 22 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management having held managerial positions in Greece and abroad (Sweden, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Luxembourg).
Costas holds a B.Sc in Operational Research and Marketing from Athens University of Economics and Business, a European M.Sc in Total Quality Management from University of Piraeus and Aarhus School of Business. He is an accredited coach and certified lecturer in postgraduate programs; he actively participates in international conferences as a speaker and writes articles on contemporary HR topics. He is a member of the Employment Committee of the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce, the GPMA and EMCC/HCA.
