Dr. Dafni Kaitelidou is a Professor at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Director of the Center for Health Services Management and Evaluation, President of the newly established National Agency for Quality Assurance in Health (ODIPY) and National Representative of the OECD Health committee (2008-2014 and 11/2019 to date). In the last five years, her research work has mainly focused on the study of barriers related to the access of the vulnerable groups of the population to the health system, on issues related to the financing of health systems and health inequalities, on the evaluation of health services, in the assurance and improvement of quality in the health sector and in health services management. She has participated in more than 70 research projects that have been funded by national, European, and international funds and has published a large number of research articles in international and Greek scientific journals.
