This year Elmak Beverage closed 10 years of presence in the field of HORECA Catering and Confectionery with 2 production units. ” In 2015 I created for the Museum-Chocolate Factory at the Helexpo exhibition center the Maya’s chocolate with chili and spices that was a huge success! Two unique new generation drinks with real chocolate from Colombia and Ivory Coast, without starch, aromas and additives. For me chocolate is a culture and a passion, which is why in 2019 I was being trained in the secrets of producing high quality chocolate in Milan, Italy.
