Isavella Vitou
Chief Strategy and Integration Officer, Allianz European Reliance
Isavella is appointed as the Chief Strategy and Integration Officer in Greece, mandated to lead all integration activities for the merge of Allianz Hellas with European Reliance. Among her other duties is the coordination of the local strategic plan and the design and implementation of Sustainability strategy. In her capacity she is also leading the Organizational Management (processes leaning and automation) and Project Management teams.
She joined Allianz in May 2021 as the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer and before getting her current role she moved to Munich’s HQ to become member of the clean deal-team of the acquisition. Before joining Allianz, Isavella worked for Egon Zehnder, Eurobank and EY. In 2006, she did her traineeship at the European Commission in Brussels and Malta.
