Director of Labour Affairs and Social Dialogue, SEV Hellenic Federation of Enterprises
She is responsible for the issues of industrial relations (individual and collective level), social dialogue, wage policy, collective bargaining (National General Collective Labor Agreement, sectoral / occupational collective labor agreements), trade union issues, health and safety at work, social security and more widely for the issues related to the monitoring and digital organization of the labor market.
Since 2002 she institutionally represents SEV in the Ministry of Labor’s consultations and committees on matters within her competence, tripartite representative bodies, relevant working groups of the Businesseurope, the International Organisation of Employers (IOE) and the International Labor Organization (ILO), as well as in the management boards of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU OSHA) and the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (EUROFOUND).
She holds an MA on International and European Studies with specialization in European Administration and Politics and a BA on International and European Studies.
