Katerina Daskalaki

Director of Labour Affairs at SEV

She is responsible for the issues of industrial relations (individual and collective level), wage policy, collective bargaining (National General Collective Labor Agreement, sectoral/ occupational collective labor agreements), trade union issues, social dialogue, health and safety at work, social security and for the issues related to the monitoring and digital organization of the labor market. She has been working at SEV since 2002 and she institutionally represents SEV in the Ministry of Labor’s relevant consultations and committees, in the representative bodies, in the relevant working groups of the Businesseurope, the International Organisation of Employers (IOE) and the International Labor Organization (ILO), as well as in the management boards of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (EUROFOUND) and the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU OSHA). She holds an MA on International and European Studies with specialization in European Administration and Politics and a BA on International and European Studies, while she speaks fluently English and French.
