Nikos is Professor of health care management and policy at the School of Public Health of the University of West Attica, where he served as an Alternate Dean and MSc program director for several tenures. He focuses on health care business and policy analysis, evaluation, and strategy design. Alongside academia, he also serves as board member in several firms steering their corporate business development and operational transformation.

He served senior roles in leading pharmaceutical, consulting, and health care organizations and was fellow at the universities of Oxford and Warwick. He acted as advisor to multiple organizations and devised strategies and policies in many countries worldwide.

He is an international public speaker, top-ranked author, and editorial board member of two leading journals. Trained in economics and management at the Universities of Athens, York and Warwick Business School, and in business innovation at Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
