Tassos Panoussis
Chairman, Hellenic Loan Servicers Association (HLSA) & CEO, doValue Greece
Mr. Panoussis is CEO of doValue Greece Loan Management Company which manages NPL portfolios of Eurobank & other Investors/Funds. He is also Chairman of Hellenic Loan Servicers Association.
He has more than 28 years of experience in Banking & NPL management. He started his career in 1994 at ABN AMRO BANK, while in 1998 he moved to assume management positions at AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK. In 2001, he moved to the National Bank of Greece (NBG) as Head of International Retail Banking having the responsibility of Retail Banking activities in 6 countries of Southeastern Europe. In 2006, he joined Eurobank Group and during his 14 years tenure he has been assigned numerous leading positions (Head of Household Lending, Head of Individual Banking, etc). His last assignment was General Manager of Retail NPLs & CEO of Eurobank FPS, being also member of the Executive Board of the Bank (ExBo). Following the carve out of Eurobank FPS to doValue Italy in 2020, he assumed the role of CEO of doValue Greece, managing €35bn of AuMs and a team of 1000 people.
He holds an MBA from ALBA Business School, a BSc degree in Information Technology from the Athens University of Economics & Business (AUEB) and has graduated from the INSEAD–Leadership Program.
