Theoni Alampasi

Theoni Alampasi is a lawyer, holding a degree in law, as well as a master degree in Commercial Law from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has worked as a lawyer, with professional expertise in banking and company law. She is working in the public sector as from 2007, as legal advisor to Government officials. She is currently holding the position of Head of Legal Department in the Special Secretariat for Private Debt Management, and under this capacity, she is a member of the group of legal experts who have compiled the framework for Insolvency, Restucturing and Discharge of debt. She is also a member of Board of Directors in the Hellenic Deposit & Investment Guarantee Fund and in GRNET S.A- National infrastructures for Research & Technology. She is a fluent speaker in English, French and Italian languages.
