Aristotelis Panagiotakis

Aristotelis Panagiotakis is Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Optima asset management AEDAK since September 2019.
In July 2007, he took over as the CEO of the newly established Marfin Global Asset Management M.F.M.C., following the merger of Marfin M.F.M.C., Egnatia M.F.M.C., Laiki M.F.M.C., and Marfin INVESTMENT COMPANY SA. This was one of the biggest firms in the industry providing a wide range of investment products. He started his career in banking and investment sector in 1999, holding managerial positions in EFG Eurobank Ergasias group companies until 2007. As a Chief Investment Officer in several companies he has gained extensive experience in asset management for institutional and private investors. Before entering investment sector, he was a scientific technical consultant in metallurgical and construction companies (1993-1998).
Mr. Panagiotiakis holds B.Sc in engineering from National Technical University of Athens and M.Sc in in business administration (MBA in Finance) from Stirling University.
