George Amvrazis
Advisor to the President of Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE)
In 2015, George took over the position of SETE General Manager and from September 2020 he is Advisor to the President. From 2007 he was the General Manager of the Hellenic Hoteliers Federation (HHF) while at the same time, from 2013 to 2018, he was Administrative Director of Institute of SETE (INSETE). Among others, he participates in the BoDs of various Organizations (Manpower Employment Organization – OAED, Organisation of Mediation and Arbitration – OMED, Hellenic Institute for Occupational Health and Safety – ELINYAE) as a representative of the Tourism sector and he is also member of the Executive Committee of the Economic and Social Council of Greece – ESC.
He holds a Bachelor Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Athens Law School. George has gained noteworthy experience as a manager in multinational corporations in the areas of commerce and tourism.
