“Moving forward together with the patient: strengthening cooperation and commitment to better health outcomes”

Rapid scientific and technological developments, coupled with constant regulatory changes and requirements, are opening up opportunities for the transition to innovations that are critical for health and society, with a focus on patients. The health ecosystem has the potential to shape a better future in this sensitive and evolving sector, facilitating the patient’s journey and seeking patient-centered documentation in decision-making.

The Forum was an invitation to patients to participate in forging a Greek path for the patient’s journey in terms of prevention, diagnosis and treatment – health outcomes. It also seeked to highlight both the role of patients in locally shaping needs and focusing on fields of interest for clinical trials and R&D for Greece, and the need to collect and analyze patient-centered data using special methodologies and utilizing that data in decision-making in health technology assessment.

The Patients Forum 2024 #pafo24 entitled “Patient-Centered Documentation in Health Decision-Making” was being organized on 13 June 2024 by ethosEVENTS in cooperation with the Hellenic Society for Pharmaceutical Medicine. Delegates could either attend the conference in person at the NJV Athens Plaza or online through LiveOn Expo Complex, the innovative 3D exhibition and conference center of LiveOn, the Digital Business Communication and Events platform.
