
"The Insurance Market in Transition"
A new reality is now taking shape for the entire insurance market, as the insurance sector gradually moves toward its necessary digital transformation. Emerging technological developments and shifting consumer trends are driving the industry’s adaptation to a modern, automated environment. The insurance intermediary—the “heart of the insurance sector”—is increasingly moving away from traditional methods and adopting digital tools such as CRMs and analytics, which provide better service, faster response times, and a deeper understanding of customer needs.
At the same time, the claims of previous years, the incentives, and mandatory professional insurances remain on the “negotiation table”, while new data, primarily climate change, globally influence the priorities of individuals, businesses, and state policies, seeking synergies with the private insurance market.
Furthermore, the insurance landscape is called to balance between the greater penetration of Bancassurance, especially following the mandatory insurance of business property risks starting from 1 June 2025. How and to what extent will these decisions affect domestic activity? What do the Insurance Companies say and how do the Bank representatives respond?
Against this backdrop, this year’s Insurance Conference aims to highlight and analyze everything that is already happening in the Private Insurance sector, through distinguished speakers, executives, and companies.
The 18th Insurance Conference #inco25 will be held on 26 June 2025, organized by ethosEVENTS in collaboration with the financial and business portal banks.com.gr, the insurance magazine Insurance World, and the portal insuranceworld.gr. Participation in the conference will be in person at the Divani Caravel and online via the LiveOn Expo Complex, the innovative 3D exhibition and conference center of LiveOn, the Digital Platform for Business Communication and Events.
