The forum aims to bring all market actors and players to the table for dialog, to highlight the challenges and development prospects for professional property management, to take stock of European and international developments and practices concerning aspects of the statutory operating framework for the property market, and to present the advantages and benefits of Greek Real Estate Market.

The Greek Real Estate Investment Forum 2024 #grei24 will be hosted on 20 June 2024 by ethosEVENTS in cooperation with the financial and business portal banks.com.gr and the financial and investment magazine HRIMA, with the aim of bringing the international investment community closer to the world of Greek Real Estate. Greece needs more foreign direct investment (FDI) and Greek REITs are in a position to meet even the most ambitious development plans.It will be possible to attend the conference either in person at the Divani Caravel or online through the LiveOn Expo Complex, LiveOn’s innovative 3D exhibition and conference center, the Digital Platform for Business Communication and Events.

B2B Meetings will be held on Friday 21 June (10:00-17:00) between the real estate sponsors of the forum and Greek & international real estate investors.

Please note that:

• These meetings will be scheduled by participants themselves and held via LiveOn, the event’s digital platform. They are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

• In order for meetings to take place it is necessary for the relevant representatives of sponsors to respond to/accept the invitation.

• Each investor can book up to 10 B2B meetings (each lasting 25 minutes with a 5-minute break).
