The timeless concept of insurance remains intertwined with all types of human activity.

Undoubtedly, insurance intermediaries still have a dominant role in the market; professional insurers are the key links in the insurance sector chain, as they:
-enable communication between insurance companies and the insured, bringing together all parties involved;
-understand consumer habits and needs and can anticipate clients’ concerns;
-have the know-how which allows them to offer specialized information and effective guidance to their clients on modern insurance products and solutions available in the private insurance market.

Today, great changes are underway in all economic – business sectors which, in combination with the current needs of the insured, have transformed the landscape of the insurance market and re-defined the role of insurance professionals.

The Insurance Intermediaries Forum 2022 highlighted the latest developments in the insurance sector, the challenges that insurance intermediaries have to face today, new opportunities that have arisen as well as the “big picture” that has formed in the sector. Due to the rapid technological advancement, the repercussions of the pandemic and the emerging economic and other complex risks, insurance mediators have become indispensable to all insured individuals, as they are the most qualified professionals to offer insurance consultation services.

Insurance Intermediaries Forum 2022 #iifo22 was held on October 13, 2022, by ethosEVENTS in cooperation with portal banks.com.gr, insurance magazine Insurance World and portal insuranceworld.gr. The participation in the Forum, was physical at Wyndham Grand Athens hotel, and digital through LiveOn, the integrated platform for Digital Communication and Events, and its innovative 3D exposition and conference center LiveOn Expo Complex.

LEAD SPONSOR (12,000€ + VAT)

  • The Lead Sponsor will have a prominent position on all promotional materials of the forum. (newsletters, e-mail updates, landing pages, assessment reports etc.).
  • An interview of one of Lead Sponsor’s top executives will be featured on Insurance World magazine and in the portal insuranceworld.gr.
  • A Lead Sponsor’s executive will deliver a 10’ speech at the forum.
  • A Lead Sponsor’s executive will participate in one of the forum panels.
  • The Lead Sponsor is entitled to two (2) closed corporate workshops of 45 minutes’ duration and 100 participants each (maximum number), which will take part in parallel with the main forum one in a hotel hall and the other digital through LiveOn (the participants of the closed workshops will also have the possibility to attend the works of the main forum and network with other participants). The Lead Sponsor will be responsible for the organization of the digital closed corporate workshop with the use of LiveOn’s embedded zoom facility.
  • The Lead Sponsor’s logo (and/or a composite design containing it) will have a prominent position on the main site of the forum and on LiveOn Expo Complex visuals (signs on the building exterior, in the Lobby/Zone A, the Conference Hall foyer and separate halls where from the event will be broadcast live).
  • The Lead Sponsor is entitled to a Premium 3D Digital Stand at the LiveOn Expo Complex Sponsors Hall. The stand will include the following material (up to 30 MB): 1. Company Logo (area where the Sponsor’s corporate sign and brand name will be presented in a photographic composition), 2. Digital Secretariat (area where visitors will be able to leave their contact details, get information on the company profile (500 words maximum), download the company profile and request a meeting with a Sponsor’s representative), 3. Company Video (area where visitors will have access to a company presentation video – of 5′ maximum duration), 4. Product Promotion Placements (2x) (two placements of photographic material where visitors will be able to get information on the company’s products), 5. Meeting Point (where visitors will have the opportunity to meet with company’s representatives who are present at the stand (their profiles will be visible on pop-ups) and interact with them (through pop-ups) by instant chat, instant or scheduled video call, instant or scheduled B2B meeting) and 6. Product Catalogue Placements (2x).

  • The Lead Sponsor is entitled to have a 3m x 3m exhibition stand at the lobby area of the forum.
  • The Lead Sponsor will receive fiftty (50) invitations to the forum.
  • The Lead Sponsor is entitled to three (3) round-tables of 8 seats each (24 guests in total).
  • The Lead Sponsor will be promoted on the organizer’s Facebook and LinkedIn with three (3) publications of “prominent visibility”.
  • A Lead Sponsor’s promotional spot (maximum duration of 20’’) will be shown in advertising slots, up to tree (3) times during the forum’s main program.
  • The Lead Sponsor may provide promotional material (up to 30 MB) to be placed in the event’s MyEventXPack (digital bag).
  • The Lead Sponsor will receive a detailed report of the forum (including presentations, videos and photos).

PREMIERE SPONSOR (9,000€ + VAT)

  • The Premiere Sponsor will have a prominent position on all promotional materials of the forum. (newsletters, e-mail updates, landing pages, assessment reports etc.).
  • An interview of one of Premiere Sponsor’s top executives will be featured in the portal insuranceworld.gr.
  • A Premiere Sponsor’s may choose one of the two following options: 10’ speech at the forum by one of its executives or participation of the executive in one of the forum’s panels.
  • The Premiere Sponsor is entitled to one (1) closed corporate workshop of 45 minutes’ duration and 100 participants (maximum number), which will take part in parallel with the main forum in a hotel hall  (the participants of the closed workshop will also have the possibility to attend the works of the main forum and network with other participants).
  • The Premiere Sponsor is entitled to one (1) closed corporate workshop of 1.5 hours’ duration and 100 participants, which will take part in parallel with the main forum in separate digital halls (the participants of the closed panels will also have the possibility to attend the works of the main forum and network with other participants). The Lead Sponsor will be responsible for the organization of each closed panel discussion with the use of LiveOn’s embedded zoom facility.
  • The Premiere Sponsor’s logo (and/or a composite design containing it) will have a prominent position on the main site of the forum and on LiveOn Expo Complex visuals (signs on the building exterior, in the Lobby/Zone A, the Conference Hall foyer and separate halls where from the event will be broadcast live.

  • A Premiere Sponsor’s promotional spot (maximum duration of 20’’) will be shown in advertising slots, up to two (2) times during the forum’s main program.

  • The Sponsor will be advertised on all promotional materials of the forum. (newsletters, e-mail updates, landing pages, assessment reports etc.).
  • A Sponsor’s executive will participate in one of the forum’s panels.
  • The Sponsor is entitled is entitled to one (1) closed corporate workshop of 45 minutes’ duration and 100 participants (maximum number), which will take part in parallel with the main forum in a hotel hall  (the participants of the closed workshop will also have the possibility to attend the works of the main forum and network with other participants).
