Mathieu Bernou
Deputy Managing Director and CTO, OHB Hellas
Mr. Mathieu Bernou was appointed as deputy managing director and CTO of OHB Hellas on August 1, 2018. He has a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and an MSc. in Intelligent Systems. His main study field was on Artificial Intelligence, Human-Computer Interaction and Robotics. He also has the H.N. Diploma in Electric and Electronic Engineering and Industrial Informatics. Mr Bernou has more than 7 years of experience in Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT). His strong know-how focuses on satellite electrical Integration and test and he was one of the main contributors in AIT for telecommunication satellites in OHB System: Hispasat 36W-1 (from 2012 until launch in January 2017) and EDRS-C (January 2017-July 2018). In parallel of its responsibilities project, he was also disciplinary responsible for the AIT electrical Integration and functional test department – approx. 40 people. As head of department, Mr Bernou strengthens his technical expertise in satellite system engineering, data handling system, test campaigns, anomaly resolution and working with customers.
