Insurance intermediaries and corporate sales networks’ executives as well as top representatives of insurance companies come together in this innovative event with the mission to highlight the multiple benefits that insurance has to offer, by presenting solutions and products that suit any modern-time need to selected clients.

After the successful organization of the 13th Insurance Conference – which has become an institution in the insurance market – ethosΕVENTS aims to bring insurance professionals and their clients even closer together at the Insurance Intermediaries Forum, which will take place on 30 October 2020 through LiveOn, ethosBUSINESS’ s platform for the organization of digital conferences and expositions.

In this innovative B2B και B2C conference, renowned speakers, specialized panels and special presentations will offer participants the opportunity to get acquainted with all the latest trends and solutions that the new products of the insurance market have to offer. Each scheduled activity will take place in a separate digital hall of the event’s platform.

Note: The Insurance Intermediaries Forum, the new specialized meeting of the insurance market, is open to all insurance mediators, who are invited to participate free of charge (sign-up for participation is mandatory).

At the main stage of this multi-faceted digital meeting, participants will analyze all the latest risks and needs that society, economy and the corporate sector will have to address, such as: healthcare, retirement/savings schemes, cyber risks and business risks.

LEAD SPONSOR (12,000€ + VAT)

  • A Lead Sponsor’s executive will deliver a ten-minute (10’) speech at the forum.
  • A Lead Sponsor’s executive will participate in one of the forum panels.
  • The Lead Sponsor is entitled to two (2) closed panel discussions of 1.5 hours’ duration and 100 participants each (maximum number), which will take part in parallel with the main forum in separate digital halls (the participants of the closed panels will also have the possibility to attend the works of the main forum and network with other participants). The Lead Sponsor will be responsible for the organization of each closed panel discussion with the use of LiveOn’s embedded zoom facility.
  • The Lead Sponsor’s logo will have a highly prominent position on visuals of the forum (main website of the forum, initial page of the online event’s platform, initial page of the Sponsors Hall section, pages of presentations-speeches and all pages of the presentation of the Sponsor’s executive who will participate in the event as a speaker).
  • The Lead Sponsor will have a prominent position on banners on the internal pages of the digital event’s platform. A Lead Sponsor’s promotional spot (maximum duration of 20’’) will be shown in advertising slots, up to three (3) times during the forum’s main program.
  • The Lead Sponsor is entitled to an “electronic stand”-presentation page in a prominent position of the digital event’s platform, more specifically in the Sponsors Hall section. This page may include: the company’s logo, a company profile (up to 200 words), promotional video provided by the sponsor (maximum duration of 5’), digital marketing material (up to 30 MB) for downloading. In addition, up to ten (10) executives of the sponsor will be able to connect and communicate online with participants through this page during the forum. The sponsor will automatically be notified of participants’ contact information (e-business cards) upon their entrance to the “electronic stand”.
    The Lead Sponsor will have a prominent position on all promotional materials of the event (newsletters, e-mail updates, landing pages, assessment reports etc.).
  • The Lead Sponsor will be promoted on the organizer’s and the event’s social media (Facebook and LinkedIn) with two (2) publications of “prominent visibility” which will be posted for one week each during the last 2 weeks before the start of the forum. The second publication will have “prominent visibility” status for the whole duration of the event.
  • An interview of one of Lead Sponsor’s top executives will be featured in the portal insuranceworld.gr and Insurance World magazine.
  • The Lead Sponsoris entitled to fifty (50) invitations to the forum.
  • The Lead Sponsor will receive a detailed report of the forum (including presentations, videos and photos).
  • For one month after the end of the forum, the Lead Sponsor will be entitled to request the organization of a closed digital event on the portal insuranceworld.gr, with the support and according to the standards of ethosEVENTS. During this event, the sponsor’s executive’s presentation at the conference will be shown again, followed by a Q&A session. The sponsor will be entitled to invite the audience of his choice to attend the event.

PREMIERE SPONSOR (9,000€ + VAT)

  • The Premier Sponsor may choose one of the two following options: 10’ keynote speech or the participation of the executive in one of the of the forum’s scheduled panels
  • The Premier Sponsor is entitled to two (2) closed panel discussions of 1.5 hours’ duration and 100 participants each (maximum number), which will take part in parallel with the main Forum in separate digital halls (the participants of the closed panels will also have the possibility to attend the works of the main Forum and network with other participants). The Premier Sponsor will be responsible for the organization of each closed panel discussion with the use of LiveOn’s embedded zoom facility.
  • The Premier Sponsor’s logo will have a highly prominent position on visuals of the forum (main website of the forum, initial page of the online event’s platform, initial page of the Sponsors Hall section, pages of presentations-speeches and all pages of the presentation of the Sponsor’s executive who will participate in the event as a speaker).
  • A Premier Sponsor’s promotional spot (maximum duration of 20’’) will be shown in advertising slots, up to two (2) times during the forum’s main program.

  • The Premier Sponsor will have a prominent position on all promotional materials of the event (newsletters, e-mail updates, landing pages, assessment reports etc.).
  • The Premier Sponsor will be promoted on the organizer’s and the event’s social media (Facebook and LinkedIn) with one (1) publication of “prominent visibility” which will be posted before the start of the forum
  • An interview of one of Premiere Sponsor’s top executives will be featured in the portal insuranceworld.gr and Insurance World magazine.
  • The Premier Sponsoris entitled to forty (40) invitations to the forum.
  • The Premier Sponsor will receive a detailed report of the forum (including presentations, videos and photos).

  • The Associate Sponsor is entitled to one (1) closed panel discussions of 1.5 hours’ duration and 100 participants each (maximum number), which will take part in parallel with the main Forum in separate digital halls (the participants of the closed panels will also have the possibility to attend the works of the main Forum and network with other participants). The Premier Sponsor will be responsible for the organization of the closed panel discussion with the use of LiveOn’s embedded zoom facility.
